4/12/2011 The third exam from Spring 2010 is posted in the Notes and Handouts section.
3/21/2011 The second exam from Spring 2010 is posted in the Notes and Handouts section.
2/14/2011 The first exam from Spring 2010 is posted in the Notes and Handouts section. Note that the syllabus has changed slightly and the problems on work will not be included this time.
1/21/2011 A review guide for chapter 5 with suggestions for emphasis is posted. Also two optional review assignments on the chapter 5 material are posted in WebAssign. Instructions for setting up temporary WebAssign access are posted.

Your final grade will be based on a total of 700 possible points:

Partial Credit

Written problem solutions are considered to have two parts: The answer, and the work demonstrating the argument by which the answer was obtained.

For written problem solutions, credit will be awarded as follows:
