  • The substitution rule (p.401)
  • The substitution rule for definite integrals (p.404)

• Second priority:
  • The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, part 1 (p.381)
  • Integrals of symmetric functions (Item 7 on p.405)
  • The net change theorem (p.394)
  • Existence theorem for definite integrals (Theorem 3 on p.368)
  • Definition of a definite integral as a limit of a sum (p.366)

• Lower priority:
  • Read section 5.1 for understanding but don't get bogged down in the mechanics of calculating the sums.
  • Theorem 4 (p.368)
