This assignment consists of 15 problems from the Larson and Marx text.

Please be prepared to hand in your solutions on the posted due date. I will collect and grade them.

The problems cover material on set theory which was either covered in class, or is in the text.
Some topics (Venn diagrams) were not covered in class.

To complete this assignment, you will need to solve 15 problems.
The table below lists 30 problems, in 15 pairs.
Which 15 of the 30 problems you do will be determined by the following procedure:

For problem pair #1, toss a coin.

If the coin comes up heads, do problem 2.2.1
If it comes up tails, do problem 2.2.2

Repeat this procedure for problem pairs 2-15:

toss a coin
If it comes up heads do the problem listed in the "heads" column.
If it comes up tails, do the problem listed in the "tails" column.
